How to request deletion

Send an email from the address registered on the account to:

info@soccercase.app
  1. Subject: Account deletion request
  2. Include your username in the message.
  3. Send it from the email address on the account — that is how we verify the request.

We confirm within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days of the request.

What is deleted, what is kept

Username, email, password hash, profile (country, city, language, team, character), match history and decisions, wallet balances, inventory, streak, leaderboard entries Anonymous aggregate statistics that cannot identify you; purchase and tax records that Apple, Google or the law require us to keep
Deletion is permanent. Trophy points, tokens and purchased items cannot be restored afterwards, and purchases are not refundable through us — refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
