1. Who we are

Soccercase is a mobile football decision game published by Urungu Tech. ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the app collects, why, and what control you have. It applies to the Soccercase mobile app (app.soccercase.game) and the API at api.soccercase.app.

Your IP address

When you open the country-selection screen, your IP address is looked up in memory against a local DB-IP City Lite database so the app can pre-select a likely country and city. The IP address is never written to our database and never sent to a third party for this purpose — the lookup happens inside our own server and only the suggestion is returned. You can always change the suggested country and city yourself. Web-server access logs may hold IP addresses for a short period for security and abuse prevention.

3. Advertising and purchases

Soccercase shows optional rewarded video ads (Google AdMob) and offers optional in-app purchases (processed by Apple or Google, with RevenueCat as the receipt-validation layer). These providers act as independent controllers of the data they collect — typically an advertising identifier, coarse device data and the purchase receipt. We receive only a confirmation that a reward was earned or a purchase was completed; we never see your card details.

You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings at any time.

4. Legal basis and retention

We process account and gameplay data to perform the contract of providing the game, and crash/security data on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the service working and safe.

Account and gameplay data are kept while your account exists. Crash reports are kept for 30 days by Sentry. Server access logs are rotated within weeks. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed or irreversibly anonymised; aggregate statistics that cannot identify you may remain.

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and object to processing. Write to info@soccercase.app from the email address on the account, or see Account deletion. We respond within 30 days.

6. Data transfers and security

Our servers are in the EU. Traffic is encrypted with TLS; passwords are stored only as salted hashes; database and object storage are not exposed to the public internet. Some providers listed in section 3 may process data outside your country under their own safeguards.

7. Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, where the change is significant, notify you in the app.
